South American Arabica, blended and ground specifically for cold brew. The bean and the grind are the two things that matter most in cold brew, and this is both, sorted.

How to make cold brew with this blend

Easiest method: drop into the Hario cold brew pot, add cold water, leave in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours. Pour over ice.

Cold brew tasting notes

Nutty base with sweet caramel notes. Strong aromatics of blackcurrant and dark berries. Medium acidity, low bitterness, medium strength.
