Salad Leaves Cress Fine Curled: Cress is fast and easy to grow all year round. Perfect for salads and garnishes to add vitamin C, A, B9, folic acid, calcium and iron to your diet and bring life to your kitchen window seal.

Sow & Grow: Fill a small pot or tray with compost and scatter the seeds over the soil. Cover over with a light sprinkle of compost and keep in a bright spot like the windowsill. Water regularly to keep the soil moist. Sowing to harvest takes around 14 days.

TIPS

• Sow fresh seeds every 2 weeks for a continuous supply
