Petromax Grilling Grate

The Petromax Grilling Grate is one of four products in the pro-ft series, and it combines with the others to open up a whole set of cooking options. When you are not using it, it travels and stores inside a Petromax Dutch oven from size ft6 upwards.

How to use

As a grill: clamp the grate into the Dutch Oven Lid Holder pro-ft in place of a lid and turn it, then set the Charcoal Tray pro-ft underneath at the height you want.

As a smoker: fit the grate to the Lid Holder in the same way, add smoking chips and briquettes to the Charcoal Tray, place it underneath and put a pot over the top.

For steaming or baking: sit the grate inside a ft6 or larger Dutch oven so food never touches the bottom of the pot.
