Petromax Wrought Iron Pans are made from high-quality wrought iron with great heat conductivity, ideal for searing the perfect steak outdoors or at home. Use them on any cooker or stove, and even over an open fire.

Wrought iron can reach very high temperatures and passes the heat straight into your food, so meat, fish and vegetables fry beautifully. It's very long-lasting, and it actually gets better with each use.

A natural non-stick patina

A protective, self-sealing layer forms on the pan's surface from the first use. This patina keeps developing as you cook, so the pan gets darker and tougher, and food stops sticking. You can roast, fry and braise, then take it straight to the table to serve. The welded handle is secure in the hand.

Good to know

Due to the nature of wrought iron, edges may show slight rust marks when new. These wipe off, and protection increases once the pan is used.
