Rocket Tirizia: A fantastic fast and easy to grow salad leaf that is bursting with flavor and rich in folate, calcium and vitamin C. Rocket will add a peppery kick to any salad dish and can be harvested in as little as 5 weeks.

Sow & Grow: Sow thinly 2.5 cm deep directly into watered and well dug, fertile soil outside where they are to crop. Allow 25 cm between rows. Seedlings will appear between 7-21 days. Harvest unthinned as baby leaves or for mature plants, thin to 10 cm apart. 

Alternatively sow seeds in a cell tray with compost in gentle warmth. Transplant to larger pots when aproximately 7.5 cm tall

TIPS

• Keep soil moist
• Late spring and summer crops are ready to harvest from 40-60 days
• Autumn and winter crops take a minimum of 90 days to harvest
